Stuttgart-based ECM provider ELO Digital Office and CRM specialist CAS Software AG from Karlsruhe have entered into a partnership aimed at helping companies, organizations, and administrations to digitally transform processes. The partnership will bring the worlds of enterprise content management (ECM) and customer relationship management (CRM) together, giving users fast access to both systems and end-to-end digital processes in compliance with data privacy laws and the “fair.digital” initiative. In addition to further developing the current ELO integration with CAS genesisWorld, the cloud-based CRM solution SmartWe will be integrated with the ELO ECM Suite.

The new partnership sees the joining of two experts aimed at driving digitalization in the SME field. Companies that already use an ECM system from ELO Digital Office and a CRM solution from CAS Software in tandem or are planning to do so will notice the benefits right away: The interface enables fast access to data in ELO from the CRM solution CAS genesisWorld as well as from SmartWe in the future.
