On-demand CRM is a CRM solution that a vendor provides over the Internet on a pay-as-you-go basis. Unlike the traditional in-house CRM solution, a customer does not need to purchase expensive hardware and software. The on-demand CRM solution is hosted in a high-security data center and is delivered online. The customer can use this solution for a fixed monthly price (per user). This type of solution is particularly useful for small and medium-sized enterprises.
