The Advent season enchants us once again with lovely street decorations and atmospheric lights as well as the smell of cookies and sweet mulled wine.

Let’s make the best use of digitalization for successful relationships and sustainable success to shape a positive future.


Looking back on the past year, we say thank you for the many special moments and encounters:

 

  • Events for successful relationships: We love personal and appreciative encounters and are delighted when we can share our knowledge and experience of digitalization, CRM and customer centricity with customers, interested parties and partners and engage in a constructive personal exchange with them. One of our highlights in 2023 was the Customer Centricity Forum at the ZKM | Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe on June 29, where we exchanged creative ideas for the digital future in person with over 300 guests. And in October, over 360 participants from all over the world took the opportunity to find out more about digitalization opportunities for successful relationships at the DigitalForum CRM.

  • Compact expertise: To support your CRM and digitalization strategy, we have created several tips & tricks for your CRM processes and produced entertaining CAS CRM Talks in collaboration with exciting guests. This knowledge is available to you at any time and free of charge on demand; browse through the CRM Info Center or visit the media library of CAS CRM Talks.

    In recent weeks, we have launched the CAS TrainingCenter for CAS CRM customers. On this knowledge platform, customers can quickly and easily access compact expertise on CAS genesisWorld and use it for their daily business.

  • Further development for customer-centric processes: With the release of CAS genesisWorld x15, we have taken another big step towards successful and inspiring relationships and digital freedom. SmartTags and numerous intelligent assistants support you along the entire customer journey to provide individual service and help you complete your tasks in a timesaving, efficient and transparent manner.

  • Innovative and creative power: In the newly published study "CRM in Practice 2022/23" by Trovarit AG, CAS CRM customers gave CAS software top marks. A big thank you to all study participants for the valuable feedback!

    On behalf of the SZ Institute (SüddeutscheZeitung), Creditreform has identified the most innovative companies in 2023. With a top 30 ranking, we impressed the jury with our particular innovative strength and passion for helping to shape the future. CAS Software AG was also ranked among the top 100 most innovative SMEs in Germany by WirtschaftsWoche; consolidating our position as an innovation champion.

    We are also delighted to have received the Red Dot Award, one of the world's most coveted design awards, for the fair.digital social network We.Network in combination with the cloud-based CRM solution SmartWe. This also confirms our passion for design in the development of customer-, future- and design-oriented software solutions.

  • CAS CRM customers write the best stories: The mindset of customer centricity is reflected in numerous new references and success stories. We would like to thank you for your trust and the very special collaboration.


We are also grateful for the respectful work on an equal footing and the tangible sense of ‘WE’ with CAS CRM customers and CAS partners worldwide. These strong and personal relationships drive us to create innovations together, grow sustainably and achieve extraordinary goals.
