You can also use the MyDay widget of the Picasso Search as a start screen on your smartphone and keep track of upcoming events.

We've made customization and personalization even more flexible in the new version, for example, you can now decide how you wish to display data on tabs as well as many more functions in the App Designer.

Also new, the graphical progress indicator which can be used very practically with the help of the App Designer. For example, you can see the current status of an opportunity at a glance.  

The integrated SmartDesign® technology with its modern user interface has already been awarded the German Design Award, it ensures you have a consistent look and feel across mobile devices regardless of platform.

CRM - has never been so easy to use

Relevant information tailored to your target group is an important prerequisite to build sustainable customer relationships. With comprehensive filter options and a step-by-step wizard it has become child’s play to create distribution lists to target exactly the people you need and want to reach with your information.

Also impressive about the x11 version is the intelligent telephony function in CAS genesisWorld Web: You can see at a glance who's calling and then prepare yourself for the call by taking a quick glimpse at the customer or project dossiers.

Operational planning is often one of the most time intensive tasks for most companies - especially in the area of customer service where one appointment can often immediately follow the other. You can avoid this problem by using our intelligent Team Planner. The Team Planner shows you the workload for each member of staff, so you can coordinate them more effectively, holistically and professionally. Your employees will be delighted: The MyDay Widget for the Picasso search displays a perfect overview of the day, even when mobile. 

Lively surveys using the Survey module

With the Survey module you can now do more than just conduct conventional polling campaigns. With the new funcions in version x11 you can keep your survey participants interested and involved by embedding videos or photos.

The graphical elements serve as illustrations with which you create attention as well as responsiveness. They are also used as decision-making aids and training features.

Give your consulting meetings the personal touch

The mobile product catalog now allows you to create a completely new consulting experience. The tablet-based product catalog involves customers much more in the selection process while giving them an overview of your offers. Together and at eye level with the customer you select and configure individual products and services.

The sales support team can use the data to quickly prepare an official quote which can be sent out to the customer even before the salesperson has left.
