Using the Survey module find out exactly what your customers think of you
Creating and conducting surveys using the Survey module is easy. Create questionnaires, store the responses in your CRM system and link them with other data records. Whether you are processing school evaluations or customer complaints - you will never lose any feedback again, instead it is all fed into your CRM system for further evaluation.
- Qualify your contacts by utilizing a standardized survey pattern and then feed the information into your CRM system for more evaluation.
- Customize the design of the questionnaires as you see fit and, for example, you could use them as a guideline for conversations with prospects.
- Variable possible answers ensure the highest levels of flexibility, you have all of the following at your disposal: answer selection lists, yes/no options, absolute values/figures, scales, ranking lists and free text fields.
- Every question can be supplemented with explanatory texts. And depending on the answer, a suitable follow up question can then be displayed.
- Send your questionnaire via an e-mail link using the Online Client. As soon as the recipient has completed and saved the questionnaire, their answers will be at your disposal in your CRM system.
- Make your questionnaire available to your customers online with Survey online.
