During an initial roll-out, or in larger companies, not all departments use the same systems. The Exchange sync module provides for seamless cooperation in teams by enabling CAS genesisWorld, Microsoft Exchange® and Microsoft Outlook® to all be used together.

Exchange sync synchronizes data between CAS genesisWorld and Microsoft Exchange®. What this means for you, is that you always have a complete customer dossier even if your workforce do not all work with CAS genesisWorld.
