Karlsruhe (Germany), January 14, 2010. At CeBIT 2010, CAS Software AG – the leading provider of CRM solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany – will be presenting the smart new features to its CRM solution, CAS genesisWorld. In addition, the software specialist – based in Karlsruhe, Germany – and its partners will be unveiling the new industry solution CAS Research and the latest version of its SaaS contact management solution, CAS PIA version 2.0, which is specially designed for small businesses and the self-employed. With new mobile options like the iPhone client for CAS genesisWorld and Mobile sync for CAS PIA, the theme of mobile CRM will be high on the agenda in hall 5, booth D48.

CAS genesisWorld – iPhone client and e-mail marketing

CAS genesisWorld now has an iPhone client, which further expands the boundaries of mobile CRM. In addition, the well-proven add-on for Inxmail, the e-mail marketing solution for e-professionals, provides a range of new capabilities: for example, registrations, cancellations and bounce mails are automatically recorded and the distribution list in CAS genesisWorld distribution list is then modified accordingly. E-mail open rates can be analyzed in detail in Inxmail and the results made available in CAS genesisWorld.

With 12 languages versions, Unicode and international address formats, CAS genesisWorld is now used in many countries around the worldwide. This CRM solution can also be easily set up to run in-house in more than one language. To increase customer satisfaction, CAS Software AG also offers a wide range of CRM industry solutions, based on CAS genesisWorld: the latest addition is CAS Research, which is specifically designed for research institutes.

CAS PIA 2.0 – Tips, Tricks and Mobile sync

After a successful start, CAS Software has since launched version 2.0 of its SaaS solution, CAS PIA, designed for small businesses and the self-employed. A new optional module called Mobile sync is also now available for synchronizing data with iPhone, BlackBerry & Co. It can be tested for free until the end of March, 2010. CAS PIA also provides users with a revised online help as well as tips and tricks to get them up to speed in no time. From just €19.90 a month, the contact management solution is ideal for companies with up to 20 workstations. CAS PIA is run exclusively online, which means no installation, maintenance or updates costs.
