Apps designed for more mobility

Our mobile App solution for the Android tablet is now on the market. And the iPhone and iPad Apps have been enhanced with a number of new features. Sales staff in particular will now find that support for them is better than ever before: iPad users get access to ERP data such as quotes, invoices and outstanding items. You can access reports and analyses immediately whilst on the move, and CRM relevant data such as customer visit reports and so on can be created easily regardless of whether you are in the office or not.

The first CRM solution to integrate Open Street Map

Open Street Maps is now integrated: using the biggest “free world map”, you can georeference addresses and display them on detailed maps. The maps can be used free of charge and the data quality is constantly improving worldwide.

Proximity search using the "Wikipedia of maps"

In the new version, CAS genesisWorld allows proximity searching which, for example, enables you to display the locations of your nearest key-accounts with respect to a business partner you may have just visited, or any other reference point of your choice.

The Cluster view can be used to group together multiple addresses as one pin, depending on the level of zoom that you have selected to view the map.  

The all new Event Management module

From now on, the all new Event Management module provides you with a number of comprehensive features to help you plan and organize your events. Inviting people to events is as easy to manage as event registrations. Using this solution you will be able to: constantly monitor your event status, keep up to speed on exactly how many participants are registered, see at a glance exactly how many places are still available, and check to see which participants are still waiting for a confirmation of registration or cancellation.

Additional new features: Helpdesk, Microsoft Exchange Integration and E-Mail Clients

We have further developed Helpdesk Online so that it now offers the comprehensive features of a support portal. In addition, x4 offers the complete, server-side synchronization of contacts and appointments with Microsoft Exchange. As well as optimized cooperation with established e-mail clients, for example, by offering an LDAP Server free of charge that enables you to access contacts in CAS genesisWorld from other e-mail programs.
