25/02/13Introducing CAS SmartDesign Technology from CAS Software at the 2013 CeBIT

CAS Software AG will premier its new CAS SmartDesign Technology at the CeBIT: this new technology allows users to form their individual xRM solution based on the CAS products and consisting of user-defined apps. CAS Software and its partners will be showcasing mobile customer management solutions for all market relevant smartphones and tablets in hall 6, stand C16.

CEO, Martin Hubschneider is convinced that: "we are going to revolutionize the company software market with our newly developed CAS SmartDesign Technology. The functional elements take the form of apps. Essentially, each user only uses the functions that he/she really needs on his/her PC, smartphone, tablet or smart TV. What we are offering is unique, CAS SmartDesign is future technology and a world first in our market."

A common interface concept for all browsers and mobile devices

The new CAS SmartDesign Technology provides users with a common approach for operating CAS products on a variety of mobile devices, platforms and browsers (HTML 5). "The user experience is the same regardless of the type of mobile device," explained Martin Hubschneider when describing the new look and feel. "On laptops and PCs the software works in the browser and is controlled using the mouse and keyboard, whereas on smartphones and tablets the platform specific apps are controlled by touch." As a result, CAS SmartDesign enables seamless working on all clients in the office, or while on the go. The app-in-app concept allows for flexible customization of the applications: users only select the apps they need to get their daily work done. Navigating within an app takes place via tabs as in other Web browsers.

On the way to becoming the World's most mobile CRM

We are offering the World's most mobile CRM for all market relevant platforms, above all iOS and Android, with new areas of application and more powerful features", added Martin Hubschneider when describing the CAS mobile portfolio solutions. Users have the option of saving contact data such as appointments, documents or evaluations to their mobile devices, which means that the data is also accessible even when an Internet connection is not available. Customers can also decide how they wish to store their data: "For four years now, we have been giving our customers the option of using software in the Cloud, or of installing it on-site at their company", continued Martin Hubschneider.

xRM for universal relationship management

xRM is the natural progression in the further development of classic customer relationship management. "As an xRM pioneer, we can offer our customers a significant competitive advantage", said Martin Hubschneider, "Any relationship management (xRM), has now moved beyond providing support for customer relationship management. Now, relationship management has been extended to include pretty much anything you can think of. Some relationship examples include: your employees, competitors, suppliers, partners, press officers and even the tax office."
