As the German market leader in customer relationship management for SMEs, CAS Software AG together with its partners will be presenting a wide range of new products on stand J18 in hall 16. Highlights will include SmartWe®, the app-based CRM Cloud platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, the upcoming version x10 of the company's flagship CRM product CAS genesisWorld, the seamless integration of CRM and Marketing Automation, smart assistants such as Picasso Search, as well as product configuration based on the Virtual Reality (VR) headset from CAS Future Labs.

Cloud CRM: SmartWe

Winner of the 2018 German Design Award, SmartWe® is one of the unsung shooting stars at this year's CEBIT. Based on SmartDesign® technology, the secure CRM platform enables small and medium-sized enterprises to gain a rapid foothold in professional customer relationship management. 

With the launch of the brand-new app store, the CRM solution can be extensively upgraded. The unique business model offers SMEs digital sovereignty: the voting rights in SmartWe World AG are held exclusively by its developers, partners and customers. Profit is capped so as to invest in innovation or pass on price cuts to customers. To ensure trustworthiness, data is stored only at data centers in Germany and in accordance with German data protection laws and the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

CAS genesisWorld x10: "Don't search, find"

The preview of the upcoming version x10 of the CAS genesisWorld CRM and xRM solution will for the first time provide visitors to the show with details of wide-ranging new functionality, including features enabling freedom in mobile use. They include smart assistants such as the globally unique Picasso Search feature. Echoing the famous quotation from Pablo Picasso: "I do not search, I find", it provides accurate suggestions based on the individual user's history even before and during a search. "Our aim is for Picasso Search to find the right hit even before the search term is entered in at least 50 percent of search queries, making appropriate suggestions to users which will thrill and delight them," says Martin Hubschneider of the smart assistant.

CRM meets Marketing Automation

A cooperation arrangement between two German market leaders – CAS Software AG and Starnberg-based SC-Networks GmbH – has created a solution which seamlessly integrates CRM and Marketing Automation and as such is unique in Europe. The combination of CRM and Marketing Automation will help clients to identify their customers' real needs and wishes even more closely and serve them even more effectively.

CAS Future Labs: configuring products in Virtual Reality

As a groundbreaker in the Smart Customization future trend, the CAS configurator Merlin turns product and offer configuration into a real-life experience. The latest developments will permit new forms of interaction and immersion. As one example, on the CAS stand at this year's CEBIT a VR headset from CAS Future Labs will enable products to be configured live in virtual space.
