Karlsruhe/Germany, 20th July 2011. CAS Software AG has significantly widened the functional spectrum of its customer relationship management (CRM) software, and now supports all key mobile devices from smartphones to tablet-PCs.

 

Some of the highlights in the new version include smart clients for tablet-PCs, smartphones and browsers and the integration of social media networks that increase the usefulness and potential of relationship management. We consequently and continually develop all our products’ core functions and modules with a clear focus on high ease of use and making work easier. Also many of the new features in the x3 version owe their existence to numerous new customer requests that we have incorporated into this version.

Smart operating concepts for when you are on the go

The “Survey” module in the new x3 version will be of particular interest to many of our customers as it features additional functions for online surveys. In addition, you can now make customer surveys and anonymous market analyses in conjunction with the askallo online survey system. You can use the sophisticated selection possibilities in CAS genesisWorld to determine those contacts that you want to include in your survey. Any additional phases of the survey, such as adapting to the company's corporate identity conducting the survey itself, and statistical analysis are all carried out by askallo in the online portal.
