The CRM and xRM supplier from Karlsruhe, Germany, is growing from strength-to-strength: In 2012, CAS Software AG increased its overall performance by 17 percent, creating 30 new jobs in the process. On the company’s own campus, which has recently expanded, teams of highly qualified software engineers shape and develop the next generation of xRM relationship management software.

"As the German market leader in Customer Relationship Management software for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), we are looking to expand our current position to become the European market leader in xRM solutions by 2015“, announced Martin Hubschneider, CEO of CAS Software AG. "xRM solutions are the new generation of "Any Relationship Management". These solutions help users to stay on top of all their relationships and communications, no matter the target group, for example, other SMEs, education establishments or clubs and associations.”

In 2012, the CAS group turned over in excess of 42 million Euros, and employed more than 450 people. CAS solutions are used in 25 countries and 10 different languages. More than 200,000 people world-wide work with CAS products daily – increasingly via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Space for new business areas on the company campus

At the end of last year, CAS Software AG opened the CAS Campus located at their head office in the Technology Park in Karlsruhe, Germany. With the new campus, the company’s capacity for innovation has considerably increased. In total, the site consists of five buildings, which equates to 6,500 square meters of office space. With its new, future-oriented ″SmartEnterprise“ structure, it’s easy to see how the company grows into new business areas.

A perfect example of this is the CAS Aviation SmartCompany, providing the aeronautical industry with essential software, helping to support this internationally significant growth market.

Another example are our employees of the newly opened CAS AppDesign Center, who are all focused on the development of new apps and the use of mobile technology.

Awards speak for themselves

In 2012, CAS Software AG was delighted to receive a number of prestigious awards. The CRM software, CAS genesisWorld, came out on top in an i2s customer satisfaction study, which is run annually by the i2s consultancy based in Zurich, Switzerland. And as customers of the Cloud-based CAS PIA solution, the ESB Business School at Reutlingen University was honored at the national and international levels in the European Cloud Award. Furthermore, ChannelPartner, the German IT-trade magazine, declared the CAS partner program the winner of a comparison test with eight competitors.

New mobile products at CeBIT

"Of course it’s no surprise that with all of the recent positive developments and the many awards that we have received our spirits are high. And at this year’s CeBIT that took place in March in Hannover we delighted our visitors with more exciting new products, especially in the area of mobile working.", stated CEO Martin Hubschneider.
