When compared directly with other CRM solutions, CAS genesisWorld scored better in all areas of customer satisfaction. These results were the findings of a recent CRM study conducted by i2s, the market research and consulting company from Zurich, Switzerland.

This is the third time that CAS genesisWorld has received top marks for customer satisfaction. The excellent results of the study refer to more than just the product itself, in fact the final score includes the added dimension of project and partner satisfaction.

The CRM study was designed to expose the challenges and factors for success found in CRM projects, as well as highlighting just how satisfied other companies really are with their CRM solution.
