We have developed the CAS Partner Program to meet the market's needs. Partner levels and additional qualifications have been designed to cover a clearly defined market segment. The partner levels are CAS Certified Partner, CAS Consulting Partner, CAS Sales Partner, CAS Premium Partner and CAS Gold Partner. The additional qualifications are Development Center, Industry Solutions Center, Sales Partner Center and Configuration Center. The aim is to ensure the seamless collaboration and transfer of knowledge between CAS partners.

Comprehensive training, FAQs and a knowledge database

The CAS Academy provides partners with extensive training in customer relationship management, including the Microsoft Office environment, technical principles, presentation and speaking skills, and sales seminars. Not only that but the Partner Portal provides partners with a vast pool of CRM knowledge. Furthermore, our engineers and consultants are always at hand to provide you with support and assistance during any phase of your deployment project.

Increasing awareness and gaining new contacts

As a vendor, our aim is to position our products on the market through targeted marketing. Trade shows, conferences, online forums, public relations, and marketing campaigns all help us to raise our profile and generate leads.

CAS CRM also assists partners with their own marketing campaigns by providing promotional material, give-aways, mailing templates, Internet pages, event speakers, organizational and financial support. Partners can benefit from the CAS Software's extensive and marketing experience and know-how.

Lead management

Gaining leads and attracting new customers is one is of utmost importance to CAS CRM and its partners. The leads won and qualified by CAS CRM are passed on to our partners. Partners can also register leads in the Partner Portal, which are then protected by CAS CRM.
