The Karlsruhe CRM specialist, CAS Software AG is moving from strength-to-strength: in 2010 the company increased its turnover by 25.2 percent. The CAS Group achieved a record turnover of around 39 million. "Since the founding of CAS Software AG, 25 years ago now, we have re-invested between 15 and 30 percent of turnover in innovative products, and have enjoyed steady growth year-on-year", stated Martin Hubschneider, CEO of CAS Software AG.

Karlsruhe, March 1, 2011. The Karlsruhe CRM specialist, CAS Software AG is moving from strength-to-strength: in 2010 the company increased its turnover by 25.2 percent. The CAS Group achieved a record turnover of around 39 million.

"Since the founding of CAS Software AG, 25 years ago now, we have re-invested between 15 and 30 percent of turnover in innovative products, and have enjoyed steady growth year-on-year", stated Martin Hubschneider, CEO of CAS Software AG. He went on to explain that: "Thanks to the success of our customers, we have gone from being the German market leader in CRM for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), to becoming the leading, European xRM specialists".

Well on the way to becoming the European xRM market leader

Customer relationship management – CRM – is widely accepted as being an essential company strategy for customer-oriented companies. Due to worldwide networking, relationship management has steadily become a decisive factor for success. And now companies realize that it is not just the customer relationships that are important to business, but also other relationships, like for example those with: co-workers, suppliers, partners, PR-agencies, institutes of higher education, and even relationships with competitors and disappointed customers. This "any-Relationship- Management" is called xRM, and is the natural evolution of customer relationship management.

Our goal is to become the European market leader in xRM for SMEs by 2015. In cooperation with strategic partners, we hope to further increase our economic growth. Today, there are already a number of diverse solutions that are available internationally in 25 countries and 10 languages.

Multiple award-winning climate of innovation

A new organisational structure for continued growth

CAS Software started 2011 with a new organisational structure – "CAS SmartEnterprise". This means that the company pro-actively uses its customer requirements to steer further development directly. In doing so, CAS Software can react quickly and efficiently to use any new market potential. As a result, the so-called SmartCompanies have special teams who address the needs of specific customer segments. For example, the CAS Education SmartCompany has been created to address the needs of the higher education and schools markets with the ultimate goal of becoming the market leaders in these special markets. At the moment, there are 6 SmartCompanies – and by 2015 CAS Software AG expects to have established another 30. In this way, CAS Software offers: "Each customer their own CAS", and also its employees exceptionally interesting jobs with the potential for further development.

This re-alignment of the company's organization has also been complemented with refinements to the company guidelines and processes. All-in-all, CAS Software is expecting healthy growth in 2011. In August, building work is due to start on the fourth CAS building, and with it the creation of additional jobs.
