For the 13th time in a row, "Deutschlands Kundenchampions" (Germany's Customer Champions Competition) honors companies for their exciting customer relationship management. We congratulate our customers, Bien-Zenker GmbH and Hausbank München eG, for their excellent customer relations and for being awarded with this quality seal.

CAS customer Hausbank München eG made it into the top 3 in the category for B2C companies in the banking industry with 50 to 499 employees. "Good customer relations are essential to us and this governing principle is always mirrored in our daily work," says Michael Obermayer, Member of the Board of Directors of Hausbank München eG. With his team, he's now celebrating winning the award for the ninth time.


CAS customer Bien-Zenker GmbH was able to join the circle of Customer Champions as the only representative of the construction industry on the national and international market. "It's a great compliment by the people whose judgment we value the most: our clients," states Head of Sales, Friedemann Born, joyfully, celebrating the "Deutschlands Kundenchampions 2020" quality seal.
