23/11/16CRM Best Practice Award for Walter Knoll

Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG has been presented the acquisa CRM Best Practice Award for its exemplary relationship management. The prize for exceptional customer orientation, decided upon by an independent jury, was presented at an official ceremony as part of the CRM Summit 2016 in Würzburg, Germany.

It was Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG's development from classic customer relationship management (CRM) toward internationally aligned "anything relationship management" (xRM) which impressed the jury in particular.

The long-established company from Herrenberg in Germany furnishes hotels, company headquarters and museums around the world and is also active in the premium private customer sector. "People develop a relationship with their furniture, this is why the inspirational collaboration between architects, planners, specialist dealers and end customers is decisive for success in the high-end segment", explained the Financial Director Klaus Rentschler who initiated and supervised the CRM project. "It is our aim with CRM and xRM to render our network of relationships even more transparent and open to allow it to be used in the interests of customers and project partners", stressed Head of Marketing, Markus Winning in connection with this award.

Lighthouse project for CRM & xRM"
Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG. places particular emphasis on the quality of every single relationship and focuses on the diversity of relationship levels - it is this which makes the transition from CRM to xRM an exemplary lighthouse project for all companies. We would like to congratulate our customer Walter Knoll and the project partner itdesign GmbH from Tübingen, Germany, for this great success", stated CAS CEO Martin Hubschneider.

Top-class list of finalists
This is the eleventh time that a customer of the CRM and xRM specialist, CAS Software, has been presented the CRM Best Practice Award. Two further projects joined Walter Knoll on the winners' podium at this year's CRM Best Practice Award. Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG, as the only xRM project, came second to Jochen Schweizer GmbH and ahead of AXA Winterthur.
